the staff showed a great attitude when answering questions. francesca at reception was wonderful. i found the hotel convenient because of its proximity to the train station. it made my arrival and departure very easy.

the shower head seemed old. i believe it needs replacement. also, the shower booth had poor design i think.

The hotel is excellently situated near the train station. It provides easy access for those with luggage as I had. Staffs were helpful and quick to answer any questions before my arrival. I found the breakfast good with a good variety of options available.

My room overlooked the canal, so sounds from water taxis persisted throughout the night. The hotel needs improvements if it want to continue charging high costs. I think the hotel should consider soundproofing windows.

The shower space was limited and I had to use a hand-held sprayer. That's not ideal. The location proved noisy, especially at night! I could hear water taxis all night since it was close to the canal.
